Grants: pearls of 19 to 25 February 2011

Each week, the blog of Matthew Turbide and Serge Laplante, Where do your taxes , publishes a list of grants announced by the government.

Invariably, this list contains beads that demonstrate the culture of "waste" that prevails among our political elites.

Grants rained as if money grew on trees, but our students attend schools without dictionaries, with leaky roofs and no heating! (See here ) ______________
