Sensor Light Will Not Turn Off

Contrary to what some people think, synthpop is not dead, then if the form that swept over the mid-80's though. And fortunately elsewhere. For this kind had been somewhat phagocytosed to get a little variety 80s (just like electropop in the late 2000s). It is this behind what holds the whole world today: if you buy a piece making use of analog synthesizers, then inevitably it will evoke the most part it's the 80's music, not the synthpop .

It does not matter, some artists continue to perpetuate this tradition stemming from the late 70's / early 80: Wave House is a perfect example. Clark Stiefel, who is behind Wave House, has fun literally with all kinds of analog synthesizers to make a name evocative title. House Wave - Synthpop's Alive

Much the same thing with Photovoltaik: members of this group of San Diego drove to the end as they themselves created synthesizers. The result is a
EP you can download for free.

Photovoltaik - Sleep Tight

With Eden is different: even if the sound is vintage appointments, the titles are a bit more catchy, even danceable, like the aptly named
"Electric"
